How much Europeans spend on online advertising?

Online advertising market in Europe continued to grow apace, according to statistics made public by the Interactive Advertising Bureau Europe (IABEurope) in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 16 of the European countries examined, growth was on average 40% over 2006. In the U.S., for comparison, the market grew by only 26% in the same period of the year.
European advertisers spent 11.9 billion euros in 2007 from 7.21 billion in 2006 as cheltuiseră.
